baby names. ever since  i can remembre ive been obsesed with names. i  often talk about different names i like.

ive worked with alot of children in nurseries kids clubs etc:

 in my current nursery their are some unusal ones

* Shannon
* Jodie ( boy)
* Denzel
* Ladlee
* Brooke
* Pharell
* Indie & Ria (twins)

ive also come across

* jeziah
* eden
* janiade
* cruz

which all sounded horribllleee.

for girls

Shannon and Brooke are far from unusual, lol. Eden is also gaining in popularity. I have a friend with a daughter named Ria and I really like it.

I like Aurora and Madeline from your list; the others, not so much.

Brooke and Shannon aren't unusual at all. Pharell makes me thing of "feral" which isn't a good thing.

Thomasina is horrible IMO but I don't like most names that are obviously male names turned into female ones. (Roberta, Michaela, Justine, etc)

Jade seems more like a feminine name, but that's just my opinion.

I really like Aurora and River though.

I know a boy 5 months younger than my 3 year old, i used to babysit. He is named River. I hate that name. Its not a fucking name, its a fucking geographical location.

Aw, I love Eden! It's in my top 10. Ria is kind of cute, but it sounds like a nickname, not a full name. I've never heard Jade on a boy before.

Denzel would be cool if it's wasn't so strongly associated with the actor. Not that I dislike him or anything, I just hate an assocation that is so strong like that.

Indie and Ria are kind of cute together. Though Rhea/Ria always makes me think of diarrhea and gonorrhea.

I like River on a boy. And Zen is cool if you can stomach the extreme hippy-vibe.

I agree with all your 'horrible' names and it no way would i call my children Pharrell and Cruz (it would remind me of celebrities).

I don't like your boys names but i am in love with Aurora :)
