I love this.

Ridiculous spellings drive me crazy. Would people who do this also decide to get creative with the spellings of common words? I really hope not, and it shouldn't be done with names either.

William to Hank is a little strange--but Henry to Hank doesn't seem bad, IMO.

Henry to Hank is completely normal. I have no idea how William to Hank happened, unless his middle name is Henry.
