Sibset

My friend's new boss has three kids:

Matthew
Armani (f)
Bella

I'd never heard of Armani as a first name before, and I don't really like it.  It also seems like a boy's name to me.
Aside from that, the sibset seems awkward to me-- the names don't go together at all. Bella and Armani would be okay, or Matthew and Bella, but all three together seems odd.

I agree, Matthew seems so out of place in this sib set. Also I dont like Armani, I would rather Imani.

I would never have pegged Armani as a girls name either. I don't care for it.

I know a family like that. they went from in-between to boring to out-there to run-of-the-mill. kind of all over the place.

Matthew, even though I adore it, is totally out of place. Bella and Armani both have an...Italian feel to them and Matthew just doesn't fit.

What? Matthew is so out of place with those awful, trendy names!

Armani was a really popular girl's name in the inner-city school district I used to work in. I agree that it sounds strange in this sib set.
