David "Puck" Rainey, the young rebel from MTV's The Real World: San Francisco, is all grown up – and recently became a dad for the second time, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

Puck, 38, and his homemaker wife Betty, 39, confirm that son Rocco Kokopelli Rainey was born on Aug. 6. The baby, whose middle name is an homage to a prehistoric Native American fertility deity, weighed in at 8 lbs., 9 oz. He joins brother Bogart, 4.

Rocco "looks like a combination of both of us, which is probably lucky for him because I'm kind of ugly," Puck tells PEOPLE.

Rocco makes me think of some kind of gangster, and Bogart is disgusting.

The guy has a perfectly normal (somewhat boring name), David, yet goes by "Puck". And honestly, is anyone really surprised? Rocco seems kind of tame for him.

Betty even seems kind of wild in this family.

Rocco is one of my guilty pleasure names for boys. Bogart is disgusting. Isn't that the thing that turns into your worst fears in Harry Potter?!

I love Rocco. It's my grandfather's name. (I can neither confirm nor deny his involvement in any "families", haha.) I just think it's sounds like such a strong name, especially with a nickname like "Rock." I also love that every time my grandfather has friends over they always greet him with a resounding, "Rocc-ooooooooo!" Haha. LOVE IT. It's a definite middle name for my first son.
