Family names

I liked the idea of posting family names. I am Puerto Rican but born in NYC, you will see the Americanization of my family's names as you read them. Has anyone else experienced that with their family names?
Grandparents: Julia and Manuel, my bio grandfather died way before I was born and the year before I was born my grandmother met Ruben Lorenzo, the only grandfather I have ever known. We lost him on 9/20/2011. In honor of them both I plan of naming my children Ava Julia and Julian Lorenzo.
Mom, aunts and uncles:
Aida, Ada, Lydia, Milagros, Felix and Hernan
Grand kids: Maritza, Ulises Jr, Reynaldo, Melinda, Adny, Pierre, Jahira, Aida(me), Carlos Jr,Jose, Felix Jr, Veronica, Alexa
Great-grandkids: Tiffany Carina, Jeremy, Ulises 3rd, Jonathan(2-14-1994-6-13-2004), Brian, Ashley, Ryan, Tyler, Matthew, Brandon, Liana, Jayden, Teresa, Tatiana, Carlos 3rd, Tatiana, Brianna, Justin, Justis, Gabriel, Isabella, Matthew Milo
Great-great-grandkids: Keanna, Katelynn, Mia
Huge family and my grandmother is the proud matriarch.
