So... I need to know how well this name flows in English for a little girl =)

Sophia Helena

Though it would actually be spelled Sofia and the H in Helena I am kind of weary about. It is tradition in my family for the first born daughter of a first born daughter to have her grandmother's middle name. These two names repeat themselves (I'm Monica Eloisa, my grandmother was Esther Eloisa and my mother is Monica Elena and her grandmother was María Elena) but because I speak more than one language I can't help but think of how my children's name will sound in EVERY language and I think Sophia Elena is kind of ick...

so what do you think?

I like it but my name is Helena. :) how would you pronounce Helena? I like Sofia huh-lee-nuh and Sofia Helen-uh but I'm not really a fan of Sofia huh-lane-uh.

I think Sophie Helena would flow better, because Sophia Helena both have three syllables and end in -a.

Nonetheless, it's a very pretty name.

I actually like Sophia (H)Elena pronounced (h)uh-LAY-na best. With or without the H. It has the same flow as Maria Elena, with the emphasis on the second syllable in both names. Putting the emphasis on the first syllable in Helena messes up the flow to me.
