Boys and girls. Things you can imagine on little old ladies and wrinkled gentlemen.
Your favourites. Or least favourites. Names of grandparents names, or other older family members. Paired with middle names or not.

Go to a bookstore or library and take a look at "The Baby Name Wizard" by Laura Wattenberg (who runs the website of the same name). There are a few lists in the back that will be helpful - Antique Charm, Biblical, Ladies and Gentlemen, and Porch Sitters especially. No need to buy the book just to flip through a couple lists, just bring a pad to write down ideas on. (Though I must say I love the whole book, way better than an average name book.)
