What are you guilty pleasure names?
Name's that you love but would probably never use!
(But maybe you can get away with it as a middle name?!)

For me, it's mostly animal names; Bird, Wren, Dove, Fawn, Lion, Wolf, Bear, Fox

I also love the names Sunshine, Blossom, Honey, Petal & Clover

ETA: Am adding; Atlas, Story, Napoleon, Banjo, Huck, Knight, Zeppelin, Moe

And some old man names that for some reason I find rather endeering; Stan, Cecil, Winston, Albert, Authur, Humphery, Franklin, Alfred, Maurice & Walter

Hmmm. Probably: Miette, Oona, Agnes, Zelda, Petah, Zipporah (as a first name) Atticus or Ulysses, Fox, Dov...

And I've always had a thing for double French names, like Jean-Claude, but even more for girls with a masculine first, like Etienne-Sofie, Jean-Georgette, or Baptiste-Elodie, etc. I'd never actually name anyone this. :)

Wednesday, October and Winter, although Winter I would consider using.

I would name my son Jean-Claude and not feel the least bit guilty about it. Those double French names are so damn sexy.

Off the top of my head, some of my guilty pleasure names are November, America, Sunshine, Sargeant, Adorabelle, and Milk. I have no idea where Milk came from but I've liked it for a long time. :)

My husband's guilty pleasure names are Beelzebub nn Bubba, Darth Vader nn Dae Vae, anf Ford Prefect after a main character in his favorite book.

Dad said that he always dreamed of getting married and traveling the country in an old van with his dog, "old lady", and his kid named Moonbeam.

((Btw checking lj in the livingroom leads to family conversations :D ))

I've got very large parts on my list of names that I really like, but probably wouldn't use, lol. I think my absolute guiltiest would probably be Shia and Bohemia.

I like really quirky old fashioned names like Jasper, Emmett, Thatcher, etc. for boys and Harriet, Hazel, and Louisa for girls. I like them all a lot, and I don't think there's anything wrong with them, but I think it might be "easier" to go through life as James vs. Jasper, so I probably won't use them.

I love Walter! My boyfriend didn't make that face he usually makes when I say a name so that is a good sign!

Payne. I adore this name, but everyone says it would be cruel to name my kid this, but I love it so!
Israel
Poet
Birdie/Byrdie. I might use this as a nickname, but I don't have any names that it would work well as a nickname.
September. Considering my fav boy name is August, it wouldn't work.
Lester. I have no idea, but it kinda grew on me from watching Big Love...then I watched Chuck and yeah, I hate that character.

I thought Briar could work for it, since I do like that name. Elisabeth would probably be good too, but it's so common, I wouldn't use Elisabeth even if I planned on calling her Birdie.
