[identity profile] kkleigha87.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] babynames
A friend of mine has a sister, Jill, who just had twin girls..
Jaelynn and Jerzi...

: (

Also, here is a list of the names in my son's preschool class.
-Olivia
-Molly
-Jaelyn
-Sophia
-Nataly
-Rose
-Miley
-Charlie
-Donnie
-James (mine)
-Gavin
-Cole
-Luke
-Brycen
-Evan

I really like James (obviously), Evan, Molly, and Luke. The spelling of Nataly bothers me.

Jaelynn and Jerzi are pretty bad.

I like Sophia, James, and Gavin. I would like Nataly if it was spelled Natalie or Nathalie.

I don't think Jaelynn is that horrible, but Jerzi is just awful.

Is Molly short for something?

Not a bad class overall! The only ones I really don't like are Brycen, Donnie, Jaelyn and Miley.

Perhaps Nataly is of Hispanic descent? I remember someone in this community explaining before how names like Stephanie and Natalie are sometimes spelled like Stephany and Nataly because the 'ie' is pronounced differently in Spanish (diphtong, I believe).

Not the OP but it probably isn't. The only thing Molly has really historically been an nickname for is Mary (and in rare instances Margaret). Molly has been a stand-alone name for quite a long time now.
