I have a list of work related names to post here, but for the time being, and because it's more easily accessible, my sister and I were talking about Luke Bryan, and here is what his IMDB page has listed for his name and his family's names.

Thomas Luther (goes by Luke)
Caroline
Thomas Boyer (nn Bo)

And, because talking about country music celebrity names makes me think about Brad Paisley (sorry if y'all saw this when Huck was born) (info from IMDB):

Kimberly Payne(nn Kim) - wife
William Huckleberry (nn Huck) - son
Jasper Warren - son
Ashley Churchill - sister in law
Jay - brother in law
Gurney - father in law
Linda - mother in law

I'm a bit torn on Huckleberry. I like the name "Huck", but don't know if I'd like it outside of a book.

I love Brad Paisley and Kimberly Williams, and I was really disappointed when they named their son William Huckleberry. Actually, the first time I heard "Anything Like Me," I said to my friend Kylie "If they're worried about his personality they shouldn't have named him after Huckleberry Finn."

I actually kind of like Huck. I always thought it would be an interesting sib set to name the boys after some of the characters in Tom Sawyer. Finn, Sawyer and Thatcher.

Anyway...I went to college with a guy named Huck. I don't remember what his real name was though.

I heard an interview once about how they came to that name, and I guess they went back and forth a lot on the Huckleberry, and I can't remember the interview word-for-word, but he said something about how it would teach his son the power of the pen, and if he wanted to change it when he got older he could.

I always wondered if "Anything Like Me" was inspired by Huck.

As I was typing this post I began to wonder if they got the William from "Williams".
