There's a brand of tortilla chips called Xochitl and on the bag is says "pronounced so-cheel" - I immediately thought of them with Xoche' as so-chel-a.

I think it's Mayan?

Correction - I should have looked it up before commenting... it's Aztec.

Apparently Xochitl is a name too, as one of the first links to come up in a google search is: http://www.behindthename.com/name/xochitl
