i always think female when i hear Tracy, but i prefer it Tracey, myself.

Darius i never pronounce right - even when looking at the pronounciation!

I have a male coworker named Tracy, so that's how I tend to think of it now, but before working with him, I'd always thought of it as a feminine name, even while knowing it was unisex.

I like Darius a lot, and Xavier is one of my top names.

Darius is the name of a character in a book I love, so by association I love the name but wouldn't use it myself.

Dislike Xavier, not sure why.

I think of Tracy as female first, but I know it's also used for males, so I wouldn't be horrified or shocked to come across a boy or a man named Tracy.

I'm not fond of Darius, but it's ok.

Female, but I think just because I know a female Tracy personally. If I saw the name written down with no gender clues I wouldn't assume either way, though.

Darius has bad associations for me, the name just sounds like the name of a delinquent.

Xavier is the name of a private high school by me, it's a neat name, and reminds me of Xander from Buffy because it starts with an X.

Oddly I've never met a female Tracy, but have known 2 male Tracy's....I still think of it as a female name. I find most names that end with EE sound girly to me.

Darius reminds me of Darius Rucker from Hootie and the Blowfish. And that makes me smile. I like the name.

Xavier...I'm not a fan. I always pronounce it as EX-zavior and I know it's wrong and it annoys me.

Tracy- Female name, Tracy or Tracey, and not really a bad association but the name seems very dated to me (all the Tracys I know are over 40)
Darius- I like it, it reminds me of Darius Rucker.
Xavier- Not a big fan, but it's not a terrible name.

Tracy is very feminine to me. I also like that particular spelling better than Tracey or Traci.

Darius is ok, though not my style, and same with Xavier.

Tracy is my preferred spelling, then Traci. Tracey looks weird to me- maybe because I've never seen it in real life?
No bad association. Tracy is my mum's middle name and I lovelovelove her, so... =)

My name is Tracy so obviously I have a positive association with the name. I also grew up with very few Tracys so it was different without being too out there.

I don't like Darius but Xavier is ok.

Tracy-- DEFINITELY a girl. Trace might be a boy, though. Preferred spelling Tracy; no bad associations, though it does seem a little bit dated.

Darius and Xavier are just totally not my style, but they're not terrible names.
