Hey! I'm working on NaNoWrMo planning, and I was wondering if you could help me out.

Do René and Remington work as names for identical twins? (They don't have to make you think of the same type of person or anything, as the boys are actually very different. I'm mostly just wondering if you think it would unusual for parents to like both of those names, or if there's some reason that I, as a writer, shouldn't use them together.) If not, what would you suggest instead of Remington? (I'm rather attached to René.) Please stick to names that begin with Rs. If it has any bearing on your opinions, Remington has been dead for nearly two decades and René is approaching forty during the story.

If you think those names work, what nicknames would work for Remington?

Also, what nicknames might one use for Cassius?
