Dillon is my preferred spelling for that name, but not on girls. So is Milea a Miley or Milee-ah? Because if it's pronounced like Miley, then I might think that's awesome for Miley Cyrus not being the first.

I have a cousin Kyler who's in elementary school. To be honest, we all went o_O when we heard his and his twin brother's name, Pierce. But, my cousins have slightly out there name tastes.
