Do not name your child what other people want you to name her or what others are expecting you to name her. She will be YOUR child for her entire life, make sure that you are certain of the name.
(Also, I was going to be named jennifer lynn. Everyone knew this, my mom had decided when she was only about 3 months pregnant...I was born and she decided I didn't look like a Jennifer and changed it to Jeanette Nicole. Everyone else just had to get over it.)
