I like quite a few of these names, except Cayden (or any other -aydens for that matter). I don't like Kenneth, but that's because I associate it with a complete jerk I went to school with for nine years. And Monaco? Like that minuscule city-state between France and Italy? Did they hope for a girl named Monica?
