I don't like Evie as a given name. It's fine as a nickname for Eve or Evelyn or even something more unique like Evangeline. But I hate cutesy type nicknames as given names because eventually, Evie is going to be 30 and might rather be Eve, or Mikey might someday want to be taken seriously as an adult as Michael/Mike. But that name will always be their legal name unless they jump through loops to change it! ugh.
And Evie as a middle name for one twin and a first name for the other is just effing weird.
Harley isn't a name I'd use, but it wouldn't be AWFUL. But Harley-Rain is terrible and Judge-Lain is even worse -- makes me think it's the show that comes on after Judge Judy or something.
I'm not sure what is up with Stella Evie and Evie Violet... WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? Way to really give your kids less individual identity when they are already twins and, especially if identical, are likely to encounter issues with 'sameness' as they grow up.

I kind of like Kassidy, with a "C." Lucia is okay.
