It's my FIL's name, and he was never around for my husband growing up or anything like that so it would be weird to name a kid after him.

I pretty much love all your girl names, except for Adair, which is ok, but just nms. Amelia is my daughter & Claire is my favorite mn choice. Athena, Brynn & Felicity are among "names that are kind of growing on me" on my list.

and I pretty much like all the boy names too, except for Darien, which is a town in my state which makes me feel weird about it, and nms. Jonas, Micah, Alexander & Shane are my most favorites on the list, though I'm not sure I'd ever use them for some reason...

I would only use Adair as a mn, because it flows well into the husband's last name (Lawson). I don't know why I like Darien, really. I had no idea that it was a town, although that doesn't surprise me.

I've really been loving Beatrix lately, I think it's very sweet. I HATE Kyle for a girl. I don't like Brynn or Adair, either. I adore Isaac.
