Hepsibeth, seen on my stepmother's family tree, born in the 1740's. Apparently it is a variant of Hepzibah, a Hebrew name that means "my delight is in her." It's certainly not as cool as Preserved Fish, but I figured I'd post it anyway...

Additional note: I looked up other references to the name and found another Hepsibeth who went by the nickname Heppie.
