War Names

I was having lunch in the cafeteria of the University where I work, and noticed they had memorials to all the alumni and students who have died in wars over the years. The school has been around for a long time, so this goes back to the Civil War, and up to Korea.

I thought the names were very interesting, what do you think?

Interesting notes: Robert is by far the most common name with 9 instances. The next most common is James with 6, then William with 5. There are 3 names with 3 repeats: Charles, Harold, John. And 10 with two people each: Donald, Earl, Edward, Gordon, Harold, Harry, Joseph, Lester, Marvin, Ralph, and Walter.
