lucca is a boy, meant to add.

i LOVE luca, but i dont understand this spelling. however, she lives in mexico and is married to a mexican man, so i have chalked it up to that, perhaps.

I love Lucca. (Yup with 2 c's.) I first heard of the name when I was in Italy at age 13. There is a town near Pisa called Lucca. If I do use the name it will be spelt this way.

Yeah, that's really bad. I even cringe a bit at Rory. I consider that a male name.
