Jun. 28th, 2006 02:37 pmTossing around the name Zoe Lane (read ZO-ee, not Zo) for a possible future daughter. I'm just not sure how I'd like to spell Lane.
Zoe Lane
Zoe Laine
Zoe Layne
Zoe Lain
Zoe Layn
so far, Zoe Lane and Zoe Laine are my top choices. What do you guys think?
Also.. what about Ainsley Brynn?

Date: 2006-06-28 08:50 pm (UTC)Is Ainsley Brynn for a girl too? Because Bryn is a Welsh boys' name... I dunno, it could be a girl's name as well (I don't have my baby name book right now so I can't check).
But if you don't live in Wales, then I guess it doesn't matter if you name a girl Bryn. No one will be able to tell it's a boy's name. I love the way it sounds either way. ;)

Date: 2006-07-01 03:56 am (UTC)I don't really get the name Lane. Zoe means 'life' and sounds pretty. Lane just means lane, it's like picking a random English word, like calling her Zoe Street. Lots of people seem to like it though, I just don't get why. But it sounds alright and you seem to be preferring the nicer spellings :)
