Date: 2009-11-12 11:23 pm (UTC)in regards to the argument about creative names- it might hold true when normal names are the norm- but what about when it's the norm to have a unique name? it's one thing when there was one rose among a whole school full of sarahs, johns, katies, etc. but when there are a couple of roses, a few violets, and an aspen? what then?
it's fun to guess what will be in and out when this generation comes to maturity.. or at least pre-adolesence- to know how they will percieve their names and the names of others.

Those top ten bad boy names are really bizarre, though. I mean, half of them seem like nerdy names that you'd associate with a kid who gets picked on. Ernest? PRESTON? Huh?
