One of my nieces was almost named MaKenzie Renee (they named her MaKenzie Ann, instead, which I like even less). Not a big fan of MacKenzie, no matter what the spelling. Renee has grown on me since a different niece ended up with that middle name. All in all, it could be worse (I'm thinking Jinger here), but I don't especially like it.

Apparently it's after Josh Duggar's cousin, or something. That's what I heard, anyway. I kind of like Mackenzie (though I would never use it) but I don't like Mackynzie. Still, there are worse names out there.

Renee is just becoming a filler, like Marie and Lynn. I don't know, I don't hate but I don't love it.

I do like the name Mackenzie. just not the way they spelled it. and Renee is overused as a middle name, IMO. almost as bad as Marie or Ann.
