I love it :). It's not real common, but it's simple and easy to pronounce/spell, and it's cute for a little girl but grown-up enough that when she's sixty it'll still fit. I like it best spelled with a K and pronounce either way (I'd pronounce it Care-uh but I like Car-uh, too), but Cara is pretty, too.

The pronunciation thing might be a problem. It can legitimately be pronounced car-uh, like Lara...or care-uh, like Sarah.
