SHOT THROUGH THE HEARRRRT AND YOU'RE TO BLAMEEEE, YOU GIVE LOOOOVEEEE A BAD NAME, I PLAY MY PARRRRT AND YOU PLAY YOUR GAME, YOU GIVE LOOOOVEE A BAD NAME, YOU GIVE LOOOOOOOVEEE A BAD NAME
(I'm glad that that's the song that ran though my head since it doesn't stick there as long as Living on a Prayer usually does!)
I'd consider it a nickname for Jovannah, which might as well be a kr8vv spelling for Giovanna. Jovie looks better, imo, and takes a little away from the Bon Jovi association. It's ok for a middle name.
no, it's "you're to blame" (http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/b/bon_jovi/you_give_love_a_bad_name.html)...I double-checked before I made my original comment, ahaha.
I have no idea. Maybe something that doesnt end in the "ee" sound. But i really have no idea. (baby brain is working over time here). I would be interested in knowing what you do place with it. Also knowing other names you like might help me think of things.
You could maybe get away with it as a nickname too. say for Josephine, Josie, Jovie. It would happen that way in my house. dont know if that is your style though.
before reading the other comments, i totally got "livin' on a prayer" stuck in my head. sorry we ruined your name XD before that, though, i thought "jovial". maybe you could use it as a nickname? i don't know what long name you'd use though... lol, i looked for some and found stuff like jovanna and jovita. i prefer jovi :) (or jovie, as suggested above)
forgive if they're fillers, i'm just thinking out loud... jovie christine jovie katherine jovie sage jovie elizabeth (i don't have trouble with it, but the double e's might bug you) jovie linnea (to me, linnea is le-nay'-ah)

Date: 2009-09-06 01:51 pm (UTC)i think Bon Jovi.
However, once I get past that, I think it's cute. More like a nickname than an actual name, IMO.
