Is Isabella really that closely associated with Twilight? I agree that Bella is, but no one really ever calls her Isabella in the books...
And no, I know no one named Emmeline, Rosemary, or Ruth, though I am a bit fond of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. I just really like all three names, and I was stringing names together one day and just really liked this combination. :)
