I went to register for school today and the girl putting together our packets was named Kaeli. I don't know if I like that spelling. I prefer Kaylee or Kayleigh alot more. WDYT?

I only like one spelling of it: Ceilidh. Unfortunately, just the sound of it still sounds trendy and permanently childlike, so I would never use it. I like the look of Kaeli more than Kaylee or Kayleigh.

agreed and I mostly hate the ending changed to Leigh on almost everything.

my best friend growing up was kayleigh, so it's the only way that looks right to me. but I hate "leigh" added on to names.

I hate all versions of the name, but that one is particularly bad.

Kaeli makes me want to read it Kah-EH-lee, like it's hawaiian or something, but I realize you're probably right that it's meant as Kaylee.
I'm not a fan of either but especially not this spelling, if that's the case.

I hate all versions of that name because it's so childish. But that is a particularly bad rendition of it.

I like it Kayleigh (which is on my list) or Kaley.

Kaeli looks really strange to me. Kaylee and Kayleigh are alright. I don't like the name but I don't particularly dislike it either.

I would never think to pronounce Kylie like the others - Kylie, to me, rhymes with Riley. I've never heard of it pronounced otherwise.

I don't like it at all. I only like the spellings Kaley, Kaylee, and Kaylie.

I had a friend growing up named Kaeli. You wouldn't happen to live in Texas, would you?
