I don't like Mirabel, so my opinion maybe isn't much help, but I think Sadie Mirabel flows better. Olivia is one of my favourite names but it doesn't work as well with Mirabel.

Sadie Mirabel. I think it sounds beautiful. Not only do I like the name Sadie better, I also think it is less overused than Olivia and it goes better with Mirabel. Olivia Mirabel sounds so long.
