I think Adriane and Adrianne both look like they'd be pronounced Ay-dree-Anne. So I like Adrienne or Adriene the best I suppose.

Option 1 for Adrian, Option 2 for Adrienne.
But yeah, the fact that option 1 is listed first as a pronunciation for Adrienne suggests that I am, indeed, in a minority.
