Indian families do it a lot. Maybe it's a cultural thing for them, I'm guessing, but just about every Indian kid I knew at grade school (that had a sibling) had a sib with a rhyming name. It still always struck me as weird, but since I figured it was cultural, it never seems as bad as when America/English names rhyme
