While i was reading a turkish newspaper is saw this name:

Mavi (blue) Rüzgar (wind) .

Parents are Baris (peace) Falay and Esra Ronabar who are known as actors in varous turkish tv shows.
Edited : I forgot to mention that it is a boy.

Word names are very popular in Turkey.

I knew a Mavi in high school, but it was a nickname - her name was actually Maria Victoria.

I like Mavi. I don't know if its a boy/girl name, I'm assuming girl? Its a cute name for a baby/kid, but not a good adult name imo.

It also kind of reminds me of Navi, the fairy from Legend of Zelda.
