Hello I'm 39wks & still not sure on a name for our baby girl.
I figured I would get some opinions on the names I have been thinking of.

Kami, Kimber and Laney are too nicknamey to be given names, imo.

Really, really not a fan of any of them, honestly. I guess out of all of them, Addison would be my choice, if only because "Addie" is a cute nickname.

I don't like any of those names, but...I think Addison, Kira, or Reanna (prefer Rhianna) are the best. Kami, Kimber, and Laney seem like nicknames and I've always found Brooke to be really ugly.

Greenley makes me think of Greensleeves, haha.

I like Brooke the best. Maybe you could use Kimber as a nickname for Kimberly, or Laney as a nickname for Delaney or Elaine.

They're all pretty awful. However, out of all of them, Kira is the best. The rest are ridiculously trendy...or awful, in the case of Greenley.

Brooke - I used this name when I made up a name for an online group. Only at the time (middle school) I didn't realize it had an -e and called myself Brook, haha. I still like the name.

Addison - can't help but think of Gray's Anatomy. But I do like the name. I like Madison more though.

Kami - This seems like a nickname, maybe for something like Camile. It's cute but I can't see it as a full name.

Kimber - Makes me think of Nip/Tuck. I admit to liking the name more than I expected myself to. I definitely like this more than Kimberly.

Kira - I like this name as well. Kira just sounds pretty.

Laney - I am more used to seeing Lacey but Laney is alright too. I don't particularly like this name though. Just not my taste.

Reanna - I agree with most of the other comments and like Rhianna better. I like the way the name flows. It's pretty and not as clunky as Rhiannon.


Greenley (husbands 1st choice) - It sounds too much like a last name, and I really don't like last name or trade names as first names. It is pretty though, so maybe as a middle name? But people might think it's your maiden name...

I like Brooke best from your list. Kira is nice too, although I personally prefer Kyra.
Laney is really cute, but the danger is that it's just that - cute. Which isn't so great for a 30 year-old.
Addison is extremely popular at the moment (see Name Voyager: Addison (http://www.babynamewizard.com/voyager#prefix=ADDISON&ms=false&sw=f&exact=false), Kimber sounds incomplete and Kami looks like a nickname (for Cameron or something). Reanna reminds me of Rihanna, but it's not an awful name.
Greenley...it sounds nice, but it looks like a last name. Then again, I like Harrison (for a boy, of course) so I'm not the one to judge when it comes to that! ;)

Brooke - I like it a lot; it's probably my favourite of all your choices.
Addison - Is quite popular atm, and isn't really my style, but I don't hate it.
Kami - I think this is such a cute nn but I dislike it for a full name. I'd prefer it as a nn for Camille/a or something.
Kimber - I like this, but not enough to use on a person.
Kira - I love this.
Laney - I like this on a little girl, but not so much on an adult.
Reanna - I prefer Rihanna, but it's a beautiful name either way.
Greenley - I really hate this name, sorry.
