 Kasia. Kasiah. Casia.  Ect ect ect.  Which is the preferred spelling and how do YOU pronounce it?  

There seems to be a lot of this lately.

Also-  the lady I work with has finally decided on a name for her daughter due in August-  
Callie Rose will have a baby sister name Alexis Burke.  

Burke is the mothers maiden name so I'm not 100% against it, although the Lexi/Callie sib-set will get the Greys Anatomy reference(which she is aware of!)

Kasia.

In Polish, (this spelling) it's pronounced Kasha. Emphasis, as always in Polish, is on the penultimate syllable.

I've never heard of any of those names before. When I first read them I said Cay-shuh. I actually really like them. I think Casia's my favorite spelling.

I love Cassia, but I really don't like Kasia. They seem like completely different names to me.
I pronounce Cassia like CASS-ee-ah, and Kasia like KAH-see-ah, with a long 'ah' sound at the beginning.

I've always seen Casia and pronounced it cass-ee-ah but that was probably because i didn't know how to pronounce it.
