Here I am again,.. I know I am posting like everyday, haha, I just can't resist. I've had a serious interest in names for a really long time and now that I'm having a baby I guess I'm going a little crazy with it!

My husband made an interesting suggestion last night: Milla. I love it, I think this may actually be the one (but then again,.. I've said that about alot of names) I picture us calling her Millie, Mimi and obviously Milla.

What do you think?

And if you could please, maybe list another girl and a boy name that would go well with Milla. (Every name I consider for this little girl gets me thinking what I will name future children that will fit well with whatever name it is I'm considering.)

Milla seems incomplete to me, i could see it short for Camilla or Amelia.
I wouldn't both thinking about future names when you're only pregnant with the first, yours tastes might change somewhat.

I can see it as a real name, for sure, but I can also see it as a nickname for another name. Amelia or Camilla would be a nice longer name for it. Have you thought about middle names for it?

I think Milla is a good name on its own; it doesn't necessarily need to be a nickname for anything. I don't think any of her future siblings have to be matchy-matchy or even that you have to think of any additional names now -- there are a lot of names that would go well with Milla, and you can always think of them later (when you're actually pregnant with the next one :) and then consider, among other things, whether you like them with Milla as their big sister.

Milla is kind of cute, but it seems too nicknamey. I love the nn Millie though! So adorable!

Names I think would work well for siblings: Lydia, Clara, Luke, and Ivan.

I like Milla a lot. Especially as a nickname for Emilia.
I think It would work well with the names you posted before; Juliet and Cora.
I think Milla and Cora are beautiful together.. (then again, that sibset reminds me of my SO's niece and nephew Emily and Corey).
Jules and Millie sound great together too.

I like it a lot, although it does seem a little incomplete.
If you like Camilla or Amelia or any of the other names that it can be short for then that would be better.
But if you don't like those names and think that you would only want to use Milla at all anyway then there is no point in complicating things, and you should just go for it and name her Milla.
