Just throwing names out there
May. 26th, 2006 03:49 pmHey, not planning for kids for the next few year (been with my boyfriend for just about a year, so no marriage or kids anytime soon lol) but i love names!
I have trouble with middle names, which if I end up marrying my boyfriend won't be a problem because he has no middle name and he says, "if we come up with something awesome, great, if not it's no big deal" and I tend to agree. Feel free to suggest some though.
Boys:
Owen
Logan
Liam
Nathaniel
Jordan
Caleb
Girls:
Mandalyn (yeah yeah kre8tyve spelling shush!)
Layla
Autumn
Serenity (and i know about the brand, but outside of this community i've NEVER heard a word about them)
Feel free to give me names you think i'd like ^_^
oh and once many years ago, as a joke, a guy friend of mine and i sat down and thought of names to name "our kids". Don't ask. They were:
Angelina Mandalyn LaFortuna
Logan Nicolai LaFortuna
he's italian and Angelina and Nicolai are relatives. I thought they were fun names (not that i would actually name them that hehe).

Date: 2006-05-26 08:43 pm (UTC)We're naming our boy due in October, Owen [a PO5 name] and if we have another boy in the future, we're naming him Bailey [also a PO5 name]. All coincidental =)

I also really like Autumn. I have Summer on my list, mainly bc I'm hoping (eventually) to have a June or July-born baby!

Date: 2006-05-27 06:55 am (UTC)Oh, I'm such a fangirl.
Anyway, I like Liam for a boy and Layla for a girl (I don't think the song will be popular enough by the time you have a kid for it to bother her with people singing it or whatever).

Date: 2006-05-27 06:15 pm (UTC)Owen- love
Logan- ehh not sure, it's not really a "name"- its a street name close to me, thats probably why i dont like it
Liam- love
Nathaniel- hate, but i like nate.
Jordan- hate
Caleb- it's okay
Girls:
Mandalyn (yeah yeah kre8tyve spelling shush!)- sorry, this is terrible... i hate amanda &... the only instrument i'd like to name my daughter after is viola, รก la shakespeare, because he's cool.
Layla- prefer Leila, bit blah, but pretty. Prefer Lola even more so to Leila.
Autumn- like
Serenity (and i know about the brand, but outside of this community i've NEVER heard a word about them)- i dont know what brand serenity, but nevertheless i dislike it as a name... it's a pretty meaning, but it's a word...

Summer I always thought was very lovely, if i had a summer baby I'd consider it.

I like those names a lot, but don't think i'd do the sibling set, i don't like matchy names.
