Roos is the Dutch version of Rose (and pronounced exactly the same). It's popular!


And just to be clear (even though I've said it before):
- We generally don't do nicknames (probably because typically Dutch names are mostly short);
- 'ij' is pronounced pretty much like the English 'I';
- More than one middle name is common practice here.
