I was watching Sonny with a Chance with my younger sister, and the names of one of the actors was Sterling Knight. I was absolutely SHOCKED when I saw that name! Who would give thier kid that kid if name?

I think Sterling is kind of cool and it sounds pretty good with Knight...until your mind catches up and realizes that it sounds like a descriptor for a knight's armor or something. Too bad. :\

I'm guessing Knight is the real last name? I actually don't think it's that terrible, unless Knight were the middle name, because that would mean they pulled that combo out of thin air.
