I'm NOT a fan, I prefer Danielle, and I guess since I'm used to it being the feminine of Daniel, Daniella feels made up to me. I have known one girl named Daniela, she was a nice person, but not really a flattering image to go with a name, rather poor and plain.

I like Daniella as well, I just always see it spelled Daniela so I figured it was the "correct" spelling.
