Combination flow depends on last name too so some of these may not work, but I've listed all of them that I think are decent and bolded the ones I especially like.

Elliott, yes! I can't believe I don't have that on my list anywhere, because I love it. I also like Lydia and Felicity, though I won't use Lydia because it's a friend's daughter's name.
