I kind of like the nn Augie at the moment, for names such as August, Augusta, Augustus... and any other variations. For male or female. My 6xgreat grandfather was born in Germany and his mn was August, and was common among many of the older generations in my family.

 

So which name do you prefer for the nn Augie?

Any middle name suggestions most welcome!

Even though I don't like months, days, and seasons as names...I actually like August. But I like Augustus. Oh, and Augustin, too!

August I don't like, but Augustus is nice. I have mixed feelings about Augusta... if I were to give my daughter an older name starting with an A, I'd choose Agnes.
