I really like it. They both some of my favourite names (Nicole moreso than Alice) and I think it flows well. Nicole tends to work well as a middle name.

I love Alice, but I don't like Nicole with it. It just seems so mismatched. If you want something to counteract the old fashionedness of Alice, I would go with something more classic and timeless than Nicole:

Alice Elizabeth
Alice Eliza
Alice Isabel

That's really weird. Alice reminds me much more of the name Anne than the name Anna.
