For some reason, it doesn't sound like it flows right to me. I like Estella Eve or Eva Estelle. I guess it just sounds better with an "uh" in there somewhere.

Eve Estelle runs into eachother too much. Not to mention the fact I prefer Eva, I think it sounds better with Estelle. Eve Estella works better.
After all of that, I do think you could find a better combunation altgether, though the names are both lovely.
