So, some famous boxer (Manny 'Pacman' Pacquiao - to be exact) and his wife just had a daughter, naming her Queen Elizabeth. WDYT?

And what do people think about the name Daisy?

Elizabeth is nice.

Heh, my niece has a 2 year old daughter named Daisy, and I agree with you that it sounds juvenile, not something appropriate for an adult woman. The reasons she went with Daisy is because a few days after having her home from the hospital, still unnamed, my niece's boyfriend, the father, gave her a bouquet of daisies as a thank you gift, which my niece thought were pretty, and thus it inspired her to name her daughter Daisy. I wish she would have gone with something else. =/

I went to college with a Daisy--the name worked for her.

Naming your child Queen is just asking for diva-like behavior, IMO.

Queen Elizabeth??? Wow. Just wow. That's setting pretty high expectations for that kid.

As for Daisy, I love because it reminds me of my mom, so of course I can picture it on a grown woman :) (though, Daisy is really her middle name - her first name is Linda but she has gone by Daisy pretty much her whole life).

I think Daisy is sweet. I wouldn't use it, but I think it's nice.
Queen Elizabeth is very... I can't think of anything positive to say other than "Elizabeth is nice".
