haha well thank my parents. I only go by it for college papers and such, though. I don't really feel like a Jocelyn. My nickname, Josie, fits much better. :)

Woah. Kind of freaks me out that three of the top ten for boys rhyme.
And I'm surprised that both Katherine and Kate were so high on the list. I guess I shouldn't be, but I was sort of thinking my name was sort of passe by now. :) I like that Evelyn is getting more recognized, but it is still topped by Nevaeh. :(

The weird thing (in my head at least) is that so many positions for each sex would make a "good-sounding"* sibset together. Or maybe it's not weird at all, and actually it makes perfect sense that people might like names with similar popularities.

*That they work together, not that I necessarily like them both.

Funny that Sophia and Jayden are next to each other -- my second cousin's name is Sophia Jaden (she's 2).

My name hasn't been on this list for years. Funny, because it used to be quite popular (Melissa -- it was #6 in 1983, and #12 the year I was born, but by 1996 it had fallen to #42 and by 2006 it wasn't in the top 100 anymore; it was #117. In 2007 it was #137 and it's probably even further.

I can't believe that Nevaeh is more popular than Melissa.)
