Baby girl, born Dec. 27, is Michelle Zhu-Rong L. Parents are Dan and Jennifer (Jennifer is Chinese).

Obviously, Zhu-Rong is Chinese. It means "the Lord's Appearance", which I think is perfect for a little Christmas week baby.

Michelle is ok to me. It's not very common right now, which is a plus.

Michelle's a popular name among the Chinese, because it's not too difficult to pronounce. I'm not sure if that factored into consideration when the parents chose the name, but I wouldn't be too surprised if it were. I don't care much for Michelle, but I like Zhu-Rong and it's meaningful.
