I think Harlow is a lovely name, but since it is Nicole Ritchie's daughter, it really turns me off. I think it will be a very popular name right now, and then seem very dated.
I think Van is an awesome name and not at all silly. But then, I'm a sucker for the old Van Morrison.
I like almost all of them but agree with the others that Jaxon spelled like that is an abomination. But I want to say that I can sympathize how it is tough to find names to go with one syllable last names. For instance, we really really like Ben but our last name is Beal. No on Ben Beal!
I actually like the name Tosca, but for a pet. Tosca reminds me of the Meerkat from Meerkat Manor. To be perfectly honest, I only liked two name on the list for a baby and that was Julian and Gavin.

River and Cash are words, and pretentious if they're after Johnny & Mr Pheonix.
Clover and Tosca are just silly.
I could deal with Vienna, I almost like it.
