hey everyone im new here im pregnant with my second child and trying to come up with some names. Im not too good with the boy names. My son was easy he was names after my fiancee. Now with this one what do you think for girls names ive got Savanah Marie (the one i like more) and my fiancee came up with River Marie. For boys names weve got Jonathan Allan (my pick) and my fiancees pick Damian Allan. What do you guys think?

I'm not a huge fan of Allan.... I would spell it Alan if anything. I love the name Damien (spelled that way, with an "e"). Damian is cool too though. =D I love Savanah but would spell it Savannah. I am not sure how I feel about River though. Savannah Marie is cool cause it puts a more unique name and a common middle name together.

Congrats =D How far along are you in your pregnancy? Are you going to find out if its a boy or girl or are you going to wait till the birth?

with the allan middle name, i dont like it either lol but its my dads middle name so... actually looking at the 2 ns in Savannah i like it better too... marie is my middle name so thats why we picked it. My fiancee likes Damien better with the E as well. Im not taking to well to the River name, I really like Savannah. Im 14 weeks along and yes we are deff finding out if its a boy or a girl. I already have a 17 weeks old son So Im kinda hoping for a girl :)

If he likes "Damian" does he like "Dorian" (I love that name). I can't stand "Jonathan", I'm sorry, and "River" is a little too much for me.

He said he doesnt like Dorian, I think we are leaning towards the Savannah Marie for a girl, and Damien Allan for the boy, but i still like to see opinions, and if we happen to come accros a name we both like we may change, but hes a pain when it comes to names, and if i actually find one hes ok with it seems to be a miracle.

I prefer Jonathan. Damian/Damien reminds me of "The Omen" and the son of Satan.

i think thats why he likes it he was joking or at least i hope he was kidding he said he wanted to teach him when someone asks who he is he wants him to say " I am Damien Im from the seveth circle of hell" See this is what i have to live with grrrr...

So you fell pregnant 3 weeks after your son was born? omgosh that must be some kind of record!
What is your son called?
I think Savannah is quite pretty, but it does remind me of the open plain, kind of lonely and deserted, im not sure i like the meaning.
Marie is always a beautiful middle name, it tends to fit well with every first name.
Both Jonathan & Damien are quite boring, they don't do anything for me...

I don't like Savanah or River, because Savanah seems too popular, and River makes me think of the actor River Phoenix. Marie is lovely though :)

As for boys, I like Damian :)

river is way too manly for a girls name, at least that's my opinion of it. I really do like Savanah marie tho. I think that's really pretty. :)

For the boys names.. I like jonathan, just not with allan. So I guess I like the combo of damian allan better, even tho I'm not very fond of the name damian. :) (confuse you enough?)

My son's name is Damian Payne. I didn't know about the movie the Omen until after I fell in love with the name. In my baby name book it said Damian means the tamer. I put it together to mean the tamer of pain. (even though we spelled pain as Payne). I love the name and he is not picked on for it so far. he is 6 now

My thoughts exactly, and maybe sooner! ;) Women are very fertile right after giving birth...this proves it.

They'll be 10 months apart: Irish twins.

just because i dont want to worry about it. That was the plan to get married in 2 years, im not up for changing that just because i had another baby. I want plenty of time to plan it and loose my pregnancy weight, and have everything the way i want it. :)

It is a huge undertaking, but my friends children are 11 months apart, her second, Lyra, was a complete shock.. she said 'since Joey was born we've only had sex like...3 times.. i know it only takes one time but what are the chances!?' it's hard work but they're worth it.
