Character names
Nov. 11th, 2008 09:02 amSo... because I am a giant dork and I have a huge love for fantasy novels... I decided to post a few of the characters in a book series that I read, in honor of the 7th book that just came out (that I have yet to pick up, and it's driving me crazy!!)
Names with a * next to them are ones that I absolutely adore! If you can't help but notice... I defiantly want boys XD
Let me know what you think. Even if you don't like them. Most of the names have a Celtic/Gaelic meaning to them. I've always wanted to see what people thought of them.
Female Names:
Andais
Meredith
Niceven
Miniver
Maeve
Nerys
Rozenwyn
Dilyn

Male Names:
Cel (pronounced Kel)

The book series is called the Meredith Gentry series by my favorite author: Laurell K. Hamilton. If your into fantasy/fairy tales (quite literally) with a great giant splash of erotica thrown in, then I highly recommend this series.

I love Ash too. Hee! And I'm using the name Sage for a character in my nano.

Date: 2008-11-12 03:33 am (UTC)Nerys makes me think of the Bajoran character on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine...because I'm a Trekkie nerd like that. :)
I like Meredith, Maeve, and Tamlyn in the girls column.
In the boys column, I like Galen, Ash, and Roane.
