babynamesdo spellings ever affect how you feel about a name? i'm not talking about hideous ~unique~ spelling like alyzabith. i mean legitimate alternative spellings.
for example:
i like lia, but not leah
elinor, but not eleanor
sean, but not shawn/shaun
i like cate and kate, but much prefer cate.
